new in ponyville

a light blue pegasus flies into town folding his wings as he lands. he then begin to look around. 'hmm... how do i get a house here?' thinking to himself as he explored the area with his eyes. he began to wander around searching for someone who might help him.

Prime walked through the town square, almost at a run. She held her supplies in her hooves, looking through her stuff, checking stuff off in her mind-list. As she trotted through the bustling town, she bumped into a pegasus she hadn't seen in front of her. "Oh, g-gosh, I'm, I'm so sorry." she muttered as she scrambled to picked up her fallen supplies.

the pegasus flapped his wings trying to stay balanced after the impact. "oof! its fine. things like this happen." he said as he bent down to help her re-collect her things.

"Thanks." Prime said shortly, picking up the rest of her stuff panically. "Uhhh you look new here." she stated, not recognizing him.

"Yeah, I'm from cloudsdale. My name is skyhigh." He said "nice to meet you!"

"N-nice to m-meet you Skyhigh. I-I'm Primary." replied Prime, clutching her supplies and placing them in her saddlebag.

"so um.. id like to get a house here, but i dont know who to talk to. could you help me out, primary?" he said glancing around once more.

"Well, I, uh, have an apartment-house sort of thing here. I sort of just picked it out though, it's n-not that hard." Prime said with a half-hearted smile.

"hm. ok, then I guess ill just have to look around at the houses and such." skyhigh said "anywhere that might be a good place to start?"

"Over at the Ponyville housing. I c-can show you the way, I'm headed there anyways." said Prime.

"ok, cool! thanks for the help by the way." he said appreciatively "ive never been too good at doing things by myself..."

"Yeh...no...problem." Prime replied slowly. She shook her head and headed out of the town square, waving her hoof at Skyhigh, signaling him to follow her. They came to a fork in the road and Prime took the one on the left. She glanced behind her to make sure he was still following her.

skyhigh followed behind, keeping aware of his surroundings. he thought a moment about her slow reply but promptly brushed the thought away. it had been awhile since he had been completely new to something and seemed to be trying to make sure nothing could get a jump on him.

Prime continued walking down the path towards the houses. It wasn't a very long walk, but the heavy crystals in her coat made her walk slower. She trudged along slowly, her saddle bag seeming to get heavier with every step. Finally, she arrived at the houses, sadly, her house was still fairly far. "Here are where the houses are, take your pick." prime said to Skyhigh.

skyhigh looked at the houses in the area. "sweet. thanks!" he said "um, any way I help you in return?"

"Um...." Prime thought for a moment, "nothing comes to mind." She gave him a half smile, "it's fine, really "

"ok then. it was nice meeting you and thanks again for the help!" sky said. he then began to wander around looking at the different houses.

"The s-same to you." With that, Prime began walking towards her house.
