Night LightningGender: Mare
Species: Pegasus
Mane: A horrible mess of Black and Yellow, the hair curling around itself.
Tail: More organized than her mane, but still a frizzy mess.
Eyes: Dark Green
Body: Light Grey, a freckled face.
Cutie Mark: None.
Age (Baby,adult): Teenager
Personality: She began her days as a naive filly, happy, filled with life, grateful just for being alive. As she grew older and met other people, however, her heart began to harden. Now, she's colder, but not to the point of cruelty. Lightning (She prefers her surname) has a soft spot for foals, and the young filly that dwells in her heart comes out.
Likes: Being alone, praise from her peers, Spring, Intelligent Individuals.
Dislikes: Talking to people she doesn't know, food, the concept of money, other ponies' cutie marks.
History: Unlike the common orphan to wander the streets of Manehatten, Lightning had the 'fortune' to live the first few years of her life around her parents. From a young age, her hair was much more proper looking. Her father, a pegasus from Cloudsdale and her mother, a unicorn who was no longer able to afford a home in Canterlot, had several children. The middle child would be Graceful Night (Night Lightning, duh).
As their parents savings dwindled, Grace noticed her siblings moving away one-by-one. She found herself having to leave one day, to stay in a bigger home with little foals just like her. Filled with glee, Grace was eager to leave. She hadn't many friends, truth be told, she was actually quite shy.
The next few years were rough on Grace. A filly who tries to act posh in a place like Manehatten is bound to run in to trouble. After a while, she learned not to be so kind. This resulted in her dropping her posh name and picking up Night Lightning instead. Since then, she's been trying to assert herself as one of the meanest mares in Manehatten, though she can't force herself to do so.

5. A colt is bullying a filly in the Manehattan street. When your OC looks to him, he turns to your OC and snaps, "What're you looking at?" Given your OC’s personality, compose a brief narrative in which your OC identifies and addresses the situation.
Lightning strode down the street, her early morning trot, same as every other day. She liked to think Manehatten was just a big forest, just with weird-looking trees.
A yelp broke the mirage, and the dirty city came back to her. Frustrated with whoever made the noise, she whirled around.
There, she saw a colt bullying some young filly. Enraged, she trotted over.
"What're you looking at?"Lightning ground her teeth together,
"Seems to me I'm looking at some willful colt bullying this young girl." She stepped in, face-to-face with the offender.
"Some willful colt may want to reconsider, before someone bigger than he picks on him." She uttered a low growl.
The colt was obviously frightened, but attempted to play it off as nothing.
"Y-yeah, fine. But you won't be so tough when I get big, will you?" Though before Lightning can respond, he runs off.
"Th-thank you, miss..." The young filly says, smiling at her.
Lightning bends her knees, wiping the tears from the filly's eyes.
"Think nothing of it, alright? Just be sure to..."The filly quickly cuts her off, her eyes set on Lightning's blank flank.
"Wait, do you not have a cutie mark? How is that even possible?"Her hooves drop from the girls eyes and she stands, the warmness from her face dissipated and replaced by a stone slab.
"It just is, alright. Just keep out of my way, kid." And with that, she quickly runs off.
