Hello everypony! I would like to notify each of you that we have made the decision to reform our administrative structure. What this means is that the forum will operate more effectively than ever before. Forum modules will be modified and rearranged so that we may offer each of you the very best environment from which to derive a fulfilling RP experience.
Independent tasks will be delegated to each administrator so that he or she may make swift improvements based upon his or her jurisdiction.
A) Korenav will be responsible for monitoring administrative activities.
i. The administrative team will be actively checked to ensure that its members are collaborating successfully.
ii. Each administrator will present updates on his or her works in progress during scheduled meetings.
B) Mriia will be responsible for editing the forum layout.
i. The forum will receive a more attractive and professional appearance.
C) Intelligent Design will be responsible for managing topics and enforcing RP guidelines.
i. RPs will be overseen as to ensure that all members have a fair chance at respectful and purposeful roleplay.
D) 1ncnspcuous will be responsible for defining procedures and publishing information.
i. The rules and character creation process will be rewritten to facilitate quality writing and convenience.
ii. Announcements will relay administrative updates to each member.
Ultimately, the restructuring of our management hierarchy will enable us to tackle issues and elect resolutions very efficiently.
