Misty Howl, a unicorn specializing in elemental magic, has decided to delve into light and dark manipulation despite warnings from friends. During an experiment with dark magic, her spell goes quite wrong and she is transported to a corrupt world. Now Misty Howl must figure out how to return home before she is corrupted, while avoiding the flesh-eating ponies that inhabit the dark, twisted plane. Will Misty Howl's doppelganger manage to help her, or will she succumb to Queen Black Hole's smoke? Welcome to the land of Equinox.
