History:When she was only a young Dolphin,her parents were killed in the time of the Black Waters.She survived because she had been left in a shell by her parents.One day she decided to explore,and she found a young Pony who could swim to! They instantly became friends,and now Soaring Splash comes to visit Bubbles daily.
