Bouncing around

The filly smiled, bouncing around happily, watching the butterflies and bees fly around. ""Today sure is wonderful" she said.

Not too far away, a guardpony in armor was passing by with a bit of a cheery look. Renaultar was glad to be back on the job after so many weeks of being off duty due to his injuries. Though things hurt a little still, he managed. It was his left eye patch on him that now bothered him most. Otherwise it was a very fine day and the sight of playing fillies made him feel good inside.

She happily bounced around, seeing the gaurdpony, she smiled, waving at him. "Hello sir!" she yelled.

Renaultar stopped to smile and wave back. "Hello little filly. Hope your having a wonderful day." Little moments like this made his day. To see everyone safe and happy did wonders for him.

She smiles, nodding. "Very wonderful!" She trotted over to him, tilting her head. "What's with the shiny stuff?" she asked, gesturing to his armor.

Renaultar grinned even more. She must be new here.

"Oh this? I'm a Guardpony. This is what i wear when I'm on duty patrolling. It's my job to help other ponies in need and keep everyone safe."

Renaultar laughed a bit nervously at that question. "Oh...It has its rewards. I just like to see everypony safe and happy."

That was something he could totally agree on. "It is. Makes everything worth it. So what is your name little filly? I'm Renautlar Shielder, or Deputy Shields. But you can call me Renny."
