Here we go again

*As the afternoon sun reaches its apex in the beautiful and clear pristine sky a loud Steam Whistle is heard as an approaching hulk of Earth Pony Ingenuity surges down the tracks, it's hot breathe bellowing behind in its wake towards the quaint wooden station of the sleepy town. The 12:10 Express has arrived at Ponyville. As the train slows to a stop underneath the wooden awning of the Ponyville Station, a rainbow of colors debark the train, with a stray color here or there going against the small surge. As the last of the wave of candy-colored ponies leave the train, a lone pegasus stands outside a set of doors, a duffel beside him and an issue of Equestria Daily jutting out from it. As the great whistle is once again sounded, the Behemoth begins it's next leg of its journey, carrying passengers all over Equestria. Slightly worried the Yellow and Green Pegasus looks around, hoping that a few of his old friends still lived in town. After a minute or so of thought, he picks up the duffel after pushing the newspaper back in, and begins to leave the platform.

'Now where IS that inn? I can't believe I've forgotten my way around THAT badly hav-Gah!' The Pegasus had tripped over the content's of a fallen crate and further scattered the mess around the streets, bringing the attention of several passer-bys. Looking around at the mess he caused he slowly get up and walks out of the pile of metal and copper wire without damaging anything else further.

Seeing the horned mare pulling her boxes together, he looks back down with determination at the mess that he believed was caused by him quickly gathering the scattered contents. First places the braces at the bottom of the now upright crate, he slowly followed up with the wires. 'Oh this poor mare, not even 5 minutes after I arrived back here I'm already causing problems. And I expected to find old friends in this town? I couldn't even make new friends at this rate.' Scolding himself silently he continues putting the components back in the crate. Satisfied with the work he trotted over to the crate's wooden lid and begins to pull it with his mouth. While the work is slow, he eventually gets the lid laid against the crate while he leans on the other side of the crate panting.

As he gets back up off the crate he winces in sudden pain as his bounded wings make contact with the crate's rough exterior. Shaking his head to clear the pain of having jostled two broken wings, he trots over to the mare. "I'm sorry for busting your crate Miss, If you need payment I should be able to cover any expenses." He gestures towards the cracked crate, with pieces of filament and wire already threatening to spill out.

Slightly taken back by her apology and reaction, the Yellow pegasus shrugs shyly while brushing his head with his hoof. "Don't worry, I've suffered worse than this. Anyways I'm Emeraldain, but you can call me Emerald, its what all my friends called me! Well...Used to call me..." He looks down sadly at the thought that most of his friends here have probably moved on, all being adventurous like himself. Sighing he sits down to adjust his wrappings as they had become loose in the previous events. "Hope you don't mind me asking Miss, but do you live here per chance? I'm trying to find the inn, I can't seem to remember where it is from my previous visit here." He motions for her to sit next to him while he busies himself, biting and tearing new bandages from his duffel.
