| The chat box will be upgraded as part of an effort to make communicating on the forum easier for everypony. Whether or not the changes will be permanent is to be determined.

| Hey guys, check the lower right corner for the chat box now. We disabled its old location so the new one works. I supports sounds and private chats. Please give us feedback and tell us what you think. | |

| Don't want to sound rude, but really? You guys couldn't wait for things to settle?
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for new stuff, and the chat is awesome, albeit weird and it has a few additional bonuses, but this is just adding to the tension don't you think? | |

| I understand where you are coming from, but this isn't really that big a change. We are just adding new features to the chat box. A bonus of sorts. Sorry if it caused any upset, but I don't think it has. | |

| Hi Night!
The new chat isn't accessed in the same way that the old one was. You should instead have a new tab in the bottom right corner of the screen that, when clicked, expands into the new chat box module. The conventional chat box link has been disabled.

| We decided to let the timeout feature back because it would force members to log back in even if they were just checking the site. Let us know if there is anything else you guys think should change. | |
