Where ahe can be herself.

Upper Atmosphere always loved her visits to Cloudsdale, it was one of the only places where her shyness never affects her, and she loved it.

Today was one of these days, but something else was happening today, something important, but for now, she wandered the clouds of Cloudsdale.

"Does any pony here know how to control the weather? A huge storm got out of control and we need some ponies to help us out!" Frozen yelled running and down the street.

"Whats happening with the weather?" Upper asked as she approached the yelling pony.

"A huge storm got out of control and its hurting some of our ponies and we have to little to control it. It's going towards Ponyville and growing as it hits clouds." Frozen said.

"Well, I don't no much about weather, but if I can help, I will." Upper said.

"Alright, c'mon!" Frozen said flying towards the giant dark cloud.

Upper Atmosphere followed and as she got closer she saw something was diffrent about that cloud. "Thats isnt a normal storm cloud, it is HO based instead of H2O based."

"What?" Frozen said turning to her.

"The clouds are hydroxyl based instead of water based, can't you tell?" Upper asked, confused on how the Pegasus didn't know that.

"So you mean that it's mostly gas instead of water based which is why its growing bigger and floating everywhere?" Frozen asked then sat up straighter as they flew. "Then yes, I could tell." He said.

"Thats not what I said, I said that the cloud has a different chemical set-up, most clouds have to hydrogen atoms per oxygen atom, aka they are water based, this cloud is hydroxyl based, which means it only has one hydrogen atom per oxygen atom." She explained, " Didn't you know that?"
