At first: The shop area is one of the bigger rooms, it has a counter and a few shelfves.
Backroom: Its the room behind the shop area and is about the same size, Metal uses it as a storage room.
Basement: This is where the magic happens <-- (dont get that wrong!!)
Its the largest room in the house and in there he makes all the weapons and other things.
There is a forge to melt metal, a big saw to cut wood, and a shelf where he stores all his tools.
Living room Its a medium sized room with many bookshelves filled with books about smithing and engineering, then there is a fireplace and a couch placed in front of it.
Bedroom: Its a medium sized room just like the living room, there is a bed (well duh!) And a table with a lamp, a stack of paper, a book and a glass of ink with a feather in it. There is a shelf with clothing inside it, and another bookshelf.
Bathroom: Its one of the small rooms, it has a shower, a sink and a little shelf with towels and other things.
Kitchen: Its a little larger than the bathroom but still pretty small, it has a fridge, an oven, a table with chairs in the middle of the room, shelves and other general kitchen stuff.

Ok thats about it.. i will add some pictures if i have time to make them.. until then, i think your imagination should be good enough for this ^^
