| Quill Tip Gender: Male Species: Pegasus Mane: Short, Brown, Neatly brushed Tail: Short, Brown, More messy than the mane Eyes: Brown, same hue as the mane and tail Body: Orange, slightly taller than the average pony Cutie mark: A quill and scroll Age: Adult Personality: Friendly, but can get frustrated easily Likes: Reading, Writing, Nature, and Flying Dislikes: A lot of noise, Annoying ponies, Writters block History: Quill Tip was born to the owner of the Weather Factory in Cloudsdale. His parents had hoped that Quill would take over the family business when the time came. However all Quill Tip wanted to do was read and write; he spent all his time in the library, reading and finding every error a book made. When his cutie mark appeared, he knew he was destined to be a writer. His father however wasn't to pleased and disowned him. Since then, Quill Tip has been moving form place to place, trying to find inspiration for a book that will make him a famous author. That search has led him to Ponyville, where he hopes the peace and quiet, away from the cities, will give him the inspiration he needs. | |

| You're approved, but I think it can be assumed that the weather factory is a government institution. There's not any money to be had selling weather in such an orderly world. | |

| Well there's money in it if you're the only one who has it. But if it is government run, then they would still need somepony to run the factory...I guess overseer would be a better title? | |
