Shala peeked her head into the place. She had never been much a pony for teas and such, but so far the smell was rather enticing. The mare entered with a bit of a lazy step as she looked about, searching for any pony that might question her being here to give them 'the eye'. Her less than sober trot though made her far less intimidating in that respect.

She approached the front counter with an irritated and tired face. "...So...You got anything alcoholic?" A blunt but simple approach.

TEACUP

Teacup was finishing up mixing one of her last batches when a customer came in looking…well, a little worn for wear. She watched inquisitively as the pony hunkered down in front of her and then proceeded to ask if she had anything alcoholic to drink.

‘Oh dear…’ her mind raced a little. Just by glancing at the other pony, it appeared that an alcoholic beverage would not be the wisest thing to give her.

“All I have that has an ethanol base to it is a tincture. But those are for medicinal relief only and a few milliliters of fluid at the most.” With a small smile she quirked an eyebrow and inquired, “I do have quite a few teas that I could custom blend if you’re looking for something that replicates a more fruity alcoholic drink. I’m afraid all of ours are ‘virgin’ for the most part.”

Shala's composure completely fell apart at the response. Her eyes rolled to the back of her head and she let out a sigh that would collapse the lungs of a whale. "Buck me...."

She fell onto her back with a loud thud. Sprawled on the ground, she sighed again. "I knew it...This town is trying to kill me slowly." A hoof reached into her mane and pulled out her flask, taking the last few drops before groaning and tossing it aside. "I refuse to give in and be a cheery blissful sugar bomb of a pony."
