| Okay. Some of you might have taken a look to my DA-folder, but seen there is no ponies there. I thought of hosting my pony doodles here. I am a hobbyist and doodle for fun, so therefore I might surprise people with pictures of their characters - or not. Take a look if you want. Take a hike, if you want. Leave feedback, if you want. I don't mind either way. | Thanks. I don't think it's amazing, but at least doodling helps me to relax. Today I noticed her cutie mark is wonky, but well... | |

| I played with some markers... Also, I've been playing with an idea of a new character, who will remain my last one for now. I have the design ready and the necessary information ready, but what to call a Pegasus with a handheld (hoofheld) mirror as her cutiemark and a knack of beautifying other ponies? | |

| Here's a new picture, which even has a background, OMG. Personally, I like how Iccy turned out, but Moony looks daft and everything else is full of fail. I'll do better next time. | |

| Okay, so... Here's some new stuff I've been drawing of my ponies lately. Ohh, by the way, if someone wants their pony drawn by me, I am willing to try. Just give me a nudge whenever. I can't promise fast work, though. Here's Makeover flying, a rare sight - I don't know if she looks graceful or is just about to fall... Special Delivery is pissed off. Maybe he is mad 'cause I forgot his cutiemark. ^^' In all sketches and drawings I have done of him, Goldilocks looks ... well, a tad irritated. I wonder why he is. | |

| This following thing is not artwork or a fanfic, mostly it is a snippet of Moon Whistle's past, to show all of you, how her fillyhood at home mainly was. Hope you enjoy the story, feedback would be nice.
It was a bright afternoon. Moon Whistle was heading home from school, a smile on her face. Something rare had happened in her life. Mister Chalkboard, the arts and crafts teacher had given her a gold star for her drawing of the meadows. It was a colourful piece of work, she had used every possible crayon in her small crayon box – Mister Chalkboard had complimented her use of colours, the mixing of those colours and brash and luscious strokes in the drawing. Young Moony did not actually understand what Mister Chalkboard had meant with his words, but the golden star sticker in the corner of her drawing said enough to the young filly. She was eager to show the drawing to her ma and da, they would surely like the colourful and happy drawing.
The way home was long, and when Moon Whistle entered home at their small farm, she sensed something was wrong. House was too silent downstairs, while Grammy played her gramophone upstairs. Moonlight Sonata was audible, faintly, but Moon Whistle knew the song. It was one of Beethoofen’s works, Grammy used to play it to her in the evenings. Filly heard dishes clattering in the kitchen, so she went to the door quietly, and peeked in. Ma was washing the dishes, unspoken words heavy in the air. Da was sitting at the kitchen table, his old face in a frown. Lately, Moon Whistle had seen his face only on a frown, never happy, or smiling.
Da had an old calculator in front of him, calculation papers scribbled all over. He seemed tired. Moon Whistle was not sure what to do, but now that she had opened the door, she could not stay away from the room, for it was not polite and she would hear about it around dinner, anyway. Entering the room she said, “Ma and da, guess what?” Smiling, she waited they would answer, be curious about her news, but both of her parents remained silent. Silence was strained; her mother still clattered the dishes, as if to fill the silence of words. As none of them said anything, Moon Whistle took the rolled piece of paper from her saddlebag and brought it to the table.
Carefully she unrolled it open, and placed it on the top of da’s papers. “I got a gold star for this!” she exclaimed, her face beaming at her father. Her da looked at the colourful piece, wordless, still wearing a frown on his face. Moony beamed at him, hoping for a small word of praise, smile, something. Finally, something happened; Moon Whistle’s father smashed his hoof on the table, so hard things actually jumped on it. A sharpened pencil dropped off the table and rolled somewhere under the chair he was sitting on. Moony was shocked of the force of his smash, but then again, her da was a farmer, strong as a working horse.
“I am not interested about wishy-washy stuff like this!” he said, his voice rough and harsh, “Not when the farm is not producing enough for us!” Moon Whistle backed away from her father, hoping ma would defend her. Instead, her mother had left the room, slamming the door behind. Her father turned on the chair and then got up, looking down at his daughter. “Why don’t you make yourself useful, and draw us some money?! Draw us bits and be of some use!” he yelled at the filly, then taking the drawing from the table, and shredding it in two pieces and dropping them on the floor. Moon Whistle’s eyes were filled with tears, but she did not dare to break down and cry, not in front of her da, who already thought she was weak and useless. In hurt silence, she took the pieces of paper and left the room. Maybe it was possible to save the drawing yet. Maybe some tape…
She dared to cry a lot later on. She had not gone downstairs after her father’s outburst, missing dinner. Moon Whistle did not care. She had tried to tape the drawing back to one piece, but the result had looked pretty much horrendous. Now the filly had buried her face in her pillow, tears streaming down her face. Hearing someone enter to her room, she was too tired to raise her head to look. Faint smell of violets and lilacs told it was her Grammy, who had entered the room. Elderly pony sat on her bed, next to the crying filly. Grammy petted the mane of her granddaughter in silence, trying to comfort Moony in her heartbreak. “I think it is really nice, Moony-love”, Grammy said with a low, soothing voice.
“Da ruined it.” Moon Whistle replied, her voice filled with hurt feelings and disappointment.
Her grandmother sighed lightly. “You should not listen what Thistle says. I know my son, he takes things hard. I believe you should draw more. I believe any day is a good day, when you draw. It brings a lot of good thoughts to your heart.”
Moon Whistle was silent for a long time, so was her Grammy, who still kept petting her mane. Moon Whistle tried to swallow the awful hurting lump in her throat. Her tears did not stop; they kept streaming down her face. This went on, Celestia knows how long. “I will never draw again.” Moon Whistle finally whispered. It did not matter, anyway, because her da did think she was useless.
