Arpeggio relaxes again - if possible

Arpeggio blushed a little under his mask at the compliment. "Thanks... I need it." He washed off the mask, hoping his blush wasn't too bright. "So what next, Makeover?"

Makeover stretched her hooves and said, "You can lay down on the massaging table, sugar".
She cracked her ankles a little and then said, "I guess you are extremely tensed up your back. I need to do my best with you."

Arpeggio nodded, going over and laying down. "I'm really tense... Thanks."

"No problem, sweetie." Makeover said and then asked, "Shall I oil your skin, too?"

"Mmm... sure... that sounds wonderful." The large pegasus closed his eyes slightly as Makeover began the massage. "...Stars above, I needed this so badly..."

"You propably need this next week as well." Makeover said, making her movements a little stronger as she discovered a tensed knot on Arpeggio's back. She added some massaging oil and continued the massage for a while.
"I just hope you are not going to do anything foolish in your situation."

"Mmmnn... only a fool acts on base impulses... don't you worry a hair on your pretty little head... I'll do nothing of the sort, Makeover."

The pegasus found himself melting into the massage as it continued, closing his eyes in happiness.

Makeover rolled her eyes a little at the "pretty little head", but said nothing about it. She kept on the massage, making her movements harder as she found more tense knots on his back.
"Oh, Celestia above..." she murmured, "You are extremely tense. I have never had anypony else this tense - though, in your situation, I don't wonder."

Arpeggio winced a bit as she worked the knots out of his back. "This has just been awful for me... I've barely been able to get a decent night's sleep... I'm so tired... so sore... just feel sick to my stomach... barely had any appetite for anything..."

Arpeggio almost looked like he was going to start crying. "I'm sorry... I just... feel awful all over..."

"Honey, it is understandable." Makeover said, softening her touches a little and adding more massaging oil to her hooves. "Maybe you need a holiday, in a place where you can't really see them."
Makeover worked on Arpeggio's back for a while, but then asked, "Say, can I massage your legs as well?"

"Maybe... that's not a bad idea, really... I'll figure something out..." He thought about her request. His legs were quite sore and stiff. "Sure... go right ahead. I need it there badly."

Makeover did as asked, starting to massage Arpeggio's legs. They were propably even more tensed than his back, and the beautician had a hard time to get the knots undone.
"I might also suggest some relaxing herbal and flower tea. That should ease up the stomach ache, as well as muscular tension. I could brew you some while you're in the sauna?"

Makeover made a mental note to fetch her small teakit - the one she called her private survival pack - as soon as Arpeggio was in the steam room.
"I might suggest you try out some light foods after this spa session." she said, a genuine concern in her voice. "You have to keep up your strength."

"I'll try... hopefully I can keep them down." He looked at her, his exhaustion clear in his eyes. "Thanks for caring so much about me..." Arpeggio attempted to relax a bit more to make the massage a little easier for her.

"No problem at all, dearie. It's my knack, or duty, to make the best of others, so to speak."
Makeover massaged Arpeggio's legs and then gently patted trough his back to get his blod circulate better. "You should be now fit for the sauna. Grab some towels, if you need any." The beautician urged him to get up from the table.

Arpeggio did so, getting a towel and going into the sauna. "Nngh... this feels... a little strange, but not bad..." He poured a little water to get the room more steamy then rested on the seat, letting the heat seep into his sore body.

While Arpeggio was in the steam room, Makeover fetched her teakit, accompanied with some cold drinks - mainly water bottles - from her secret stash. She knew that everypony needed a drink after sweating in the steam room - otherwise they'd just get woozy and achy.
She put a little water heater on and started to mix some leaves of green tea with spices and flowers. She was not an expert in teabrewing, like the ponies who kept the teahouse, but she knew a little bit of it, anyway. Soon the water was boiling and she took it off the heater so it would be just the right temperature.

The pegasus continued to relax, letting the heat into his body. He ignored the sweat dripping down his body, actually managing to loosen some tension in his muscles.

Makeover approached the door of the steamroom and said, "You might want to wash the sweat off, once you are ready, darling."'
Then she returned to the teabrewing, adding enough tealef-mixture to the small ball-shaped sieve, then dipping the sieve to a small white teapot filled with hot water.

Arpeggio nodded in response, resting a while longer before going and rinsing off, then returning over by Makeover. "Mmm... I feel better..."

"That's lovely, dear." Makeover said, beaming. She poured tea to a cup, "Do you want honey with your tea?" she asked, as she usually preferred honey over plain white sugar, when drinking tea.
She pointed at the fresh cold water, "Oh, and you might want to drink some water as well. Sauna's steam always makes you lose hydration."

"I would, thank you." Arpeggio wiped off the last of the water from his body before downing several mouthfuls of the cold water. "Ahh... thanks. I feel so much better right now... not nearly so tense."

"Aw shucks, sweetheart, you are making me blush", Makeover giggled and swung her hoof as if to swat off the praise.
"So, sugar or honey for the tea?" she repeated her previous question, although she had sweetened her own tea with honey already.

Arpeggio had thought he'd answered but decided to do so again. "Honey, please, and thanks." He sat down in a chair, exhaling slowly.
