Announcement: Random Encounter

Random Encounter is a character that all mods and admins have access to, for a simple use.

We need somepony to act as the big scary monsters, the police, the little random things that happen in all the different parts of Equestria.

Meanwhile this gives the mods and admins some anonymity, lets face it, you may be going on a rampage threw ponyville, you might not like it if the police show up, you might not think kindly to the mod running those police.

As you skip and giggle threw the everfree you are not going to like the person behind the big scary manticor that just poked his head out of the bushes.

But these things happen, and should have been happening all along.
