Age (Baby, filly, adult): Adult Personality: A True Social Butterfly, LOVES to hear details of how his Partons are doing, And loves Brewing Coffee, Tea, and other Little Cafe things. Likes: Hearing good news about the people he serves, A good Cup of coffee, his Cafe, Ect. Dislikes: Ponies bugging his partons (Despite of how he acts, he does Respect their privacy.), And Crime. (That disrupts the peaceful atmosphere of the Cafe itself, Dontcha know.) History: Earl Grey was born and raised in Manehattan, Taught how to brew coffee by his Foalsitter/Neighbor, Mocha. Since discovering his Special Talent in Brewing coffee, once he was old enough, He bought a old storefront and had it refitted into a Cafe.

| With Equestria functioning on Cutie Mark economics, I don't think there's any danger of big coffee corporations. That is unless the original coffee families died off and the businesses were left to be run by accountants. That's how We got huge coffee manufacturers and the abomination of instant coffee. | |
