A visit

Lightning was walking down the hallway of the hospital going toward the exit. "Gotta stop taking on ponies with weapons." He thought looking at the good sized gash that was bandaged. He looked around and saw in a room a mare with a broken leg. "Hmm maybe I should. Visit her she seems to be lonely." He thought as he walks in. "Hiya"

Sugar had been at the hospital for two weeks now and she was bored out of her mind. Her leg had been put in a cast and raised slightly upwards, which Sugar would not exactly call comfortable.

All of her friends were too active to keep her company for long so she spend most of her time reading a series called Daring Doo and even that was getting old.

Sugar was looking out of a nearby window, just thinking about how nice it would be to bounce around like she used to before a stallion entered the room and greeted her. "Hello there!, what brings you to my humble room of absolute boredom?" Sugar said with her usual big smile.

 (If it seems a bit roughly writen it's because I accidently deleted all of the text and had to retype it all XD)

"Well the fact of you being bored and lonely brought me in here. Oh and by the way my name is Lightning Accuracy but you can call me lightning." He said sitting next to her bed.

"I'm Sugar Rush, known dare devil and street performer" She said and offered a hoof shake. "So how did you get hurt?"

Lightning embarrassed for having to come to the hospital tried to hide his scar on his leg. "I got hurt fighting off a criminal. and before you ask im a royal guard." He said smiling.

"I don't patrol the castle much I'm in charge of the tours." Lightning said as he messed with his leg still trying to hide his scar.

"Dont worry it wont take that long sugar. it will only be a few months." Lightning said smiling. "So a mare like you doesnt have visitors? Why?" He asked.
