Vamponies?

Hello everypony. Im new to this site and rping and such but i have an approved character and i just so happen to be a,fan of vamponies and i was wondering if there was any way i could make one?

Vamponies, with the exception of Fluttershy (which was an anomaly) are not canon in the show, and are therefore not allowed as OC characters. However, it is perfectly acceptable to make existing OCs Vamponies in an AU thread. We did that once, and it was rather fun. Another Vampony thread popped up recently, so feel free to start one in the AU section if you wish. Hope that answers your question.

Does that mean that if i want to make one then i had to be sure to let you know its for AU?

You don't have to make an application at all if you only use one new character in one AU thread. If you make an app, it won't be accepted. 

A perfect example of this would actually be one of my own. I started a thread called "A True, True Thread" in the AU about a year ago, and the character I role played as was the Slender Mane. This character was only used one and has never since been used in the AU. I could pull him up again for a sister thread, but I don't really want to do so. He was a temporary character. 

In the case of our Vampony threads, it is perfectly acceptable to make an existing character a Vampony. For example, my Saddle Arabian Amina became a millennia-old Vampony for a thread a while back.
