Flitter Gray's Sister (Cutter)

Cutter is Normal sized for a mare and much shorter than her brother.
Her coat is the exact same gray as her brother's but her mane and tail is much different. He mane and tail are both a deep, deep blue with light blue streaks coursing through them and both are cut very short. She wears a golden bracelet on each of her legs with a blue stone embedded in each one. Her Hooves are constantly covered in black leather and straps. He eyes are a sapphire blue but are very small.

Unlike her brother, Cutter is an Earthpony. She never really recovered from her parent death and became really quiet.

Appearance: Very light gray fur, pink and purple calm eyes, pale blonde mane and tail with even paler steaks in them. Her cutie mark is a golden dragonfly.
Personality: She seems meek but when she is given the opportunity she will start a fight. She enjoys drinking vinegar instead of booze.
History: After their parents died, Flitter Gray and Cutter drifted apart due to Cutter's tendency toward Violence. Cutter still lives in Cloudsdale but will visit her brother some times. She was only a filly when her parents died and therefore was scarred for life.
