Personality:During the day she would be funny,quick and if her pranks cause anypony to get hurt she would run off to see if she can fix the problem. During Dark she would act different, she would act more serious it would be if she was a different pony.
Likes: Studying stars,making pranks, when the pranks don't hurt anypony,starfish
Dislikes: When her pranks hurt somepony, eels, hearing somepony cry
History: Stargazer was born in Canterlot. Her mother was a pegasus and her father was a unicorn. When she was a filly she would go to her mother and father and they would study stars together. When She would mostly learn from her father seeing that he knew that this is what she was really intrested in it. When she got her cutie mark and was old enough parents sent her to a different school where they studied to be astronomers. Stargazer relized she really did nothing fun then study stars at night then decided to joke around during the day and work during the night.

It would be helpful if you were to proofread your application. Many things could use clarification. For example, I am not sure if you intended to name your OC "Shinging" Star. It appears that there are some structural errors in the history that could use cleaning up.

I'm a little curious as to what a Shinging Star is supposed to be. I assume its supposed to either be Singing or Shining.
