Another day in Cloudsdale

Torna lands at Cloudsdale, and promptly shakes off the water gained from flying through clouds. She turns around and waits for her new friend to arrive, but avoids looking down.

gemini flies up and lands beside her, not even bothering to shake off what little water he managed to get on him." so, this is cloudsdale, huh? doesn't seem as cool as most pegasi said it is..."

"True" Torna says "so true". Only then she begins to think why her brain told her to go here of anywhere, was it just to fly? No, it goes deeper.

"so, what do you want to do here, torna?" gemini asks, not knowing what there was to do in cloudsdale.

Cloudsdale.

Fireseeker had been here only once before for a very short time. Since the city was so close to his new home in Ponyville, he felt compelled to visit it properly this

"It's so...surreal," he muttered under his breath, as he flew along, staring around him in amazement.

A whole city in the clouds? The entire thing still made his head spin. Truly it was a great feat of-

*smack*

Fireseeker's thoughts were cut off as he crashed into somepony mid-flight, a penalty for not looking where he flying. He quickly regained control of himself and held the pony in the air so they didn't drop like a stone.

"Oh geez, I'm so sorry. I didn't...Gemini?" he gasped, recognising the pony he had hit.

Torna jumps off of Cloudsdale, surprised by the sudden crash, and comes back up to Cloudsdale about 15 seconds later

gemini looks up at fireseeker, feeling slightly dazed by the crash." you could've just said hi." he grumbles as he goes back into a stable hovering position." no need to go hitting a pony in the air to get their attention, you know." he jokes.

"Sorry," apologised Fireseeker, "I should have been looking where I was going."

He shook himself off, glad to to see he hadn't injured Gemini or himself.

"So, what are you doing up in Cloudsdale?"

Torna makes sure she brought the plant back up with herself, and she nudges the plant "I am sure he didn't mean it, Storm"

gemini looks at torna as she comes back, pointing at fire." hey torna, this is my friend fireseeker. fireseeker, this is torna." he looks at fireseeker, a small grin on his face as he makes a joke." and no, her plot is probably not as interesting as clockworks." (sorry fire, had to do it. XD)

If Fireseeker hadn't restrained himself, he might have jokingly hit Gemini for that remark. Blushing slightly in embarrassment, he composed himself.

"Nice to meet you Torna," he said, smiling, "Urm...nice plant?"

"H-hi" Torna slowly sinks below cloud level, but the plant rises up above the clouds and stares accusingly at the two ponies

gemini looks back at the plant with a small laugh." don't look at me, look at him. he's the one who likes to look at mares plots." he glides down till he lands on a cloud, looking up at fire." so, how have you been?"

Fireseeker raised an eyebrow, bemused by Torna's stragne behaviour. Then he turned back to Gemini and looked straight at him.

"I was fine until I started getting accused of being a pervert," he replied with a deadpan expression.

Torna shouts, distantly "BY A PLANT"

gemini laughs at tornas outburst." yeah fire, when even a plant can tell, you know that's bad."

Once again, Fireseeker felt confusion. Ignoring the accusations now, he leant closer to Gemini, raising a hoof to cover is mouth, and whispered to him.

"Is she ok? She's acting kinda...weird..."

Torna pops her head up through the clouds, and swallows what she got in her mouth. She proceeds to stare at fire, curious. She hides behind the plant, her head still the only thing popping out of the cloud

gemini whispers back." yeah, she's cool. just some...trauma from her childhood, i think. from what she told me, that makes the most sense. granted, she's kinda cool. everyone has their way of coping with things, and this seems to be her way of coping."

Fireseeker nodded. He could understand that.

"Oh, ok. Fair enough."

He went over to Torna, smiling a friendly smile.

"Just ignore Gem. I don't really...stare at mares like that," he explained, slightly awkwardly.

Torna climbs up through the clouds, eats another piece, and puts the plant back in her saddlebag "okay"

"yeah, but better watch what he does, just in case." gemini says jokingly." anyway, what brings you here fire?"

"I wanted to visit the city in the clouds," he answered, gesturing around him. "I came here once before but barely stayed for the day. Since it's no far from Ponyville, I figured why not visit?

Fireseeker looked to Torna to ask her, "Have you been to Cloudsdale before?"

"uuuuumm" Torna hesitantly says "yes......"

gemini moves forward and whispers to fire." try not to go into it, it might not be best..." he turns back to torna." so, what shall we do now torna?"
