Another day in Cloudsdale

"I am glad to have met you both." Torna says calmly, "although some ponies find plummeting fun, even a sport."

Fireseeker chuckled a little. He was glad to have met Torna too. Despite being a little unusual, she was nice to hang out with.

"Well plummeting, or diving, is fun," he replied, "See, watch!"

With that, Fireseeker angled his wings and spun into a downward dive at high speeds, yelling a childish "Weeeee!"

Gemini let out a small sigh." Shall we follow him torna? He could end up doing something bad without anypony to watch out for him...."

"I guess it would be responsible to go with him.....then again...." Torna ominously paused, "being responsible is not always best" Torna said, within her own mind hoping that it was a joke

As he lost altitude more and more, Fireseeker glanced back up to see the others hadn't even budge.

Tutting to himself, he levelled off and flew back up to them. Mocking a childlike pose, he folded his forehooves and pouted, grinning the whole time.

"It's no fun if you don't follow."

"True, but then again, it's best to not always follow." Gemini says, then turns back to torna with a somewhat confused glance." And I guess that could be true...unless you're joking, right?"

"sorry Fire, we were discussing whether to actually follow you or not" Torna openly says "Gemini doesn't trust you by yourself, but also does not trust to follow you"

Fireseeker raised an eyebrow at Gemini in a questioning manner.

"Doesn't trust me by myself?" he said, "What am I? A foal?"

"From the way you act sometimes, that could very well be possible." Gemini says with a chuckle." And it's not like that. I don't trust you by yourself when you're diving head first towards the ground is all."

"well, that sounds a lot better than what I said" Torna says, having no actual side comment otherwise.

"Why not? I have wings," Fireseeker said, fluttering them a little.

Then he started circling around Gemini and Torna, grinning mischievously.

"I bet this is all just because I know how to use them and could beat both of you in a race."

"Oh? Is that a challenge I hear? Well, I suppose I've got time to kick your butt in a race, but where are we going to race to?"

"How about......over there!" Torna points to a large building at the end of the street, it seems dark and foreboding, yet also safe and noticeable. It might look that way because it was abandoned, or it could just be Torna looking at it upside-down.

Fireseeker nodded.

"Alright. One...twothreeGO!"

With no more warning, Fireseeker shot off towards the building at full speed.

Gemini says " TwothreeGO!" at the same time as fire, doing the exact same thing he did with a small laugh." Planning on cheating, were ya?" He asks with a large grin, struggling to fly just as fast as him.

Torna quickly realizes she was left in the dust, and bolts forwards. She seems to purposefully flaunt her ease of flight by practically dancing while quickly accelerating closer to, and hopefully past, the other two pegasi by using her wing power of 12.

"I didn't cheat! I just counted fast," replied Fireseeker with a grin.

He turned his head to look back at Torna...and was shocked to see her right beside him.

"Wha? How did you...?"

Gemini chuckles a bit." Should've warned you about her, I guess. She flew fast when we came here, and I was struggling to keep her in my sight, let alone keep up with her." He says, still keeping pace with fire.

Torna makes a mocking gesture with her tongue before accelerating past the two pegasi, now having room to "dance" again.

Fireseeker's jaw dropped as Torna easily shot past him and Gemini, effectively leaving them to eat her dust.

"B-but...I...she...how?!" was all Fireseeker could manage, barely spluttering out words. His mind was practically blown.

Gemini laughed some more as he slowly starts to pull ahead of fireseeker." Well, so long as you don't crash like that greenlight mare did when she looked at you." He says to fire.

Torna raced forwards, eventually reaching the finish and side-stepping out of the way of the other two pegasi, "that was a spontaneous race, anyways, we're here!"

Inevitably, Fireseeker reached the finish in last place. Recollecting his breath, he stared at Torna with wide eyes,

"How in the name of Celestia's mane are you so fast?" he ask her.

Gemini catches his breath with a small chuckle, wanting to hear how torna answers fires question.

"Reasons" Torna says vaguely, looking at Fire with a sense of victory in her eyes.
