Manehattan needs some love

I think i speak for a few others when i say this. Manehattan can use a few more areas. Its a huge city and has a lot of potential for good and more dark natured things. A rich district, park, and scary parts of town might do (industrial section?). And it also seems like the kind of place to have ports as well. Anyone else got ideas?

I love the Idea of a Industrial Park...

and Maybe as a sub-topic to a sub-topic, How about Mall of Equestria? Just small shops, dealing with food, fashion, and other things like that.
