"Might as well take me away."

Hmm, not the most expected response from such an important figure... Nevertheless, I see no point to complain. Not showing any hints of his thoughts, Onyx nods to the pony. "Thank you for your cooperation." His horn glows for a few seconds, and then two rings of light flashed around Brawny Hooves' wrists. Onyx winced once again as he cast this spell, trying not to make it noticeable as he did. Too much advanced spellcraft at one time... I need to rest before I end up killing myself. Onyx breifly explains to the Earth Pony the spell he had just performed on him. "Magic handcuffs. You won't be able to feel them, but you also won't be able to move your hooves too much. I suggest walking on your hind legs for the time being."

Onyx looked over at the pony that had been recently dancing on the nearby dragon corpse, as he was approaching the group with a light machine gun in his hooves. "Hello, Unicorn Elite Army units. I am Rusty, and I just killed a dragon. If you don't explain your presence in this vicinity, and by 'vicinity' I mean Trottingham in general, and by 'your' I mean you, and you, and you." He pointed the barrel of his firearm at the three U.A.E. specialists as he said this. "And by 'dragon' I mean the giant bucking carcass behind you. Any of you that speaks out of turn will be shot. Yes, if I kill you, you will not be able to give me answers, but that doesn't mean I can't shoot you in painful places, and the blood loss will do the murder for me."

Bravado, nearly confidence. The pony has a large firearm, it is only natural for him to feel empowered. I've done all I could though. For now, at least. Hopefully our great squad leader is capable of handling this situation. He looked over at the Pegasus. She didn't look too hurt, and so if Onyx were to guess he would think that she would be able to handle herself in a fight with the gunner threatening them. He shifted his gaze over to their team's diplomat. It might not actualy come to that, though, if our negotiator is as good as she is expected to be. Onyx looks back at the pony speaking to them, making sure that Brawny Hooves was in his line of sight. He didn't want to risk losing such an important target just because he didn't keep an eye on him.

1) He frequently uses magic to gain advantages that we deem inappropriate for a multi-input RP environment.

2) He effortlessly disabled Rusty's weapon as well as Brawny's OC, redirecting the advancement of the RP to suit his intentions.

3) He interrupted the dynamic progression of events with which Tornado Wing, Brawny Hooves, and Victoria were involved, and instantly resolved the situation without consent or due consideration.

I understand that skillfulness and stoicism may be central to your OC. However, you have articulated these traits to an unreasonable extent. Please make changes necessary to prevent it from happening again.

((Ah yes. My apologies on this, I suppose was getting too into the roleplay. Allow me to edit my previous post, and I will make sure to watch out for this in the future.))

An awkward silence followed Rusty's threat, and, even though they weren't talking, he decided to let them digest what he said for a moment.

Ah! There it was! That unicorn seemed to instinctively look at the Pegasus. She must have an important position of sorts.

The other one, well, he looked at her, too, but that was after the Pegasus.
Plan A, since its always better than plan B, always goes before it. So, if the Pegasus was the leader, what was that civilian's role in this? She bore a rebel insignia, but she wasn't at the meeting. Odd. She didn't seem to be armed either. What army positions don't have weapons? Negotiator? Diplomat? Probably some sort of communications officer.

The more Rusty thought about it, the more that he began to think she wasn't a rebel at all. She had too much poise. Grace. Class. He could tell she was used to the good life by the way she had stood earlier.

There was no room for such things in the rebel army. Yes, she was definitely some sort of negotiator.

It was obvious what the unicorn's position was. Connecting his presence to the teleportation Rusty saw earlier, the unicorn was a prideful stealth soldier of sorts. He was probably sent here to...why was he here?

Why were any of them here? Trottingham was a ruined city. Sure, Rusty was Search and Rescue, but that didn't explain Brawny's presence or these three UAE units.

Rusty needed to think of a way to fish out of them their reasons for being here.
Time for some guessing and checking.

"Well, how very kind of you," Rusty said to the unicorn, "To help me narrow down what your positions are."

Something else was bugging Rusty's mind. The symbol that the Pegasus and the unicorn bore on their uniforms. It seemed....different...when compared to other UAE uniforms Rusty had seen in his day. What was it? The letters? Font? Size? Color?

Tornado Wing bided her time, watching the interactions between her troops and the rebels. Onyx had done well with Brawny, but even Onyx had his limits. He may not be able to deal with the new armed pony who had entered the room.

'It's up to me then I suppose. Time to defend my troops,' Tornado Wing thought, biting the handle of the knife left next to her by Victoria. While Brawny's abuse of her had made it slight painful to walk, her wings had taken no damage.

Before the new pony could react to her taking the knife, she launched herself towards the ceiling. Arching down towards him, she swung the knife, the cool steel ringing against the dense metal of the lmg.

Yup, that's the leader all right.

"Whoa whoa whoa," Rusty said, using one hoof to balance the gun as his other hoof grabbed the mare's mane before she could react, pulling her head, "No knives allowed! Didn't your luggage get checked?"

Thank Celestia that the gun was in the way...

Onyx observed his squad leader as she grabbed a nearby knife and flew up to attack the Earth Pony on the street. Yes, she seems to be in good health. She should have no trouble with this rebel, unless my assesment on his skill level was incorrect.

"Move."

After watching his squad leader initiate her first assualt, Onyx steps back behind the remainder of the nearest wall, pulling Brawny Hooves along with him. If the rebel being fought decided to use his weapon, he didn't himself or his new captive to get hurt by gunfire.

Brawny looks at Tornado with widened eyes as he's being taken away. "You..... you hurt Painkiller....." He starts to get angry. "I will never forget this...... You will suffer...... by my hooves...... Nopony touches Painkiller like that....." Of course, he's referring to the LMG he's used for years. He may not hurt her right now, or today... But you name a time and he'll gladly buck her up. Maybe even slap Rusty around too. When someone hurts your baby like that, you want revenge.

Victoria, unaware of Rusty's clever suspicions, remained adherent to the character whom she had assumed.

"Tarry, my brother," She pleaded, discarding her tobacco and hastily interceding once more on Tornado Wing's behalf. Placing one entreating hoof on Rusty's outstretched foreleg, and the other upon his flank, she urged him away from the mare. She simultaneously extended her wing with the intention of temporarily obscuring the pegasus in her feathers.

"C'mon! We're 'gainst the wall with enemy reinforcements on the way. Give 'ze elitist scum her battle, and we'll have the war."

It was quiet… comical never took the chance to look behind him as he ran. Looking back was never a good idea, but he could not help himself. Comical turned around in the middle of what he saw was another alley… the unicorn was not there. He let a sigh if relief and changed back to his original form. It seemed he was still back with brawny and rusty… the olive stallion exited the alley, and faced the direction in which he came. Hopefully they were still there, and not in any trouble. Comical thought for a second. It seemed likely something would have occurred… he had a plan. The rebel pulled out a picture of brawny, scanned it, and changed form. Hopefully this would work...

About 10 minutes later, he was close to the scene. Comical peeked beside a nearby wall, observing the situation. It seemed brawny was being dragged away by onyx. It was the only thing that caught his eye really, the others were not of much importance. He stepped behind the wall again and beat himself up, applied a few cuts a bruises, then walked in breathing heavily. He pointed to brawny, currently being dragged by onyx. "Thank you comical, but I can handle it from here…" He looked around at the others. "I'm surprised that watch is still working after the beating this mare here gave you." He said, pointing his head towards tornado. Then he eyed his LMG. "Now now… when did I give you permission to bring this with you?" He asked brawny, eying him with disappointment.

"No, 'Dat iz ze most idioh-tic idea zat I have evah hurd!" Rusty replied, imitating the mare's accent, "And ze ahxent 'dat chew speak to me in iz dezzzzzzzzzzzz[tongue spitting noise]peekabul!"

((Translation: No, that is the most idiotic idea that I have ever heard, and the accent that you speak to me in is despicable!))

Rusty shaked the mare off as he tried to get that awful perfume scent out of his nostrils.

"You..... you hurt Painkiller..... I will never forget this...... You will suffer...... by my hooves...... Nopony touches Painkiller like that....."

Onyx forced Brawny to stay put behind cover as he listened to his ramblings. Strange. I've heard of no Painkiller, and no one has managed to get fatally hurt yet... Possible insanity. War trauma is also a possibility, though I doubt someone of his...experience...would be affected by such effects of prolonged battle.

The unicorn stands next to Brawny as he allows the nearby battle to go on. Something strange happens not long after said battle begins, though: Brawny Hooves walks in on the situation, even though...Onyx is right next to Brawny Hooves. ...Magic. It is entirely possible that a rebel Unicorn could be using a spell to appear to be Brawny Hooves, and it is also possible for a Pegasus or Earth Pony to have used a manadrive for the same effect, though this is unlikely as the two Brawny's are slightly differentiated. There is also a small chance that there is no Brawny Hooves here at all, though that would be quite difficult to manage.

The new Brawny speaks. "Thank you Comical, but I can handle it from here…" Comical? Who is this Comical? "I'm surprised that watch is still working after the beating this mare here gave you. Now now… when did I give you permission to bring this with you?"

The watch. Of course. And Comical must be the name of the rebel I had been chasing earlier. Now I see the tactic being used here. Onyx connected the whole situation with the watch the earlier pony had had upon hearing the new Brawny's comment. He had seen the watch show itself to be capable of four different functions up to that point: Deployment of smokescreens, explosives, and a portable knife, along with the ability to disguise the user. Upon thinking about his earlier chase after Comical, Onyx also decided that a cloaking spell was also a possible capability of the device.

What I can be sure of is that one of these ponies is the real Brawny Hooves, while the other is a simple rebel soldier. A skilled one, to be sure, but still only a soldier, unimportant relative to the rebel leader. But how to tell them apart.....ah! Onyx then realized a difference between the two ponies: their speech styles. The Brawny that he had recently captured spoke similar to the way a thug or military brute would speak, while the second Brawny Hooves spoke in a more...decisive manner, more properly, one could say, similar to the way in which the earlier Earth Pony had spoken when he had conversed with Onyx for a short while. Yes, more likely this is the real rebel leader. However, it would be useful to know that I am perfectly correct on this fact. So...

"You." Onyx nudged the Brawny Hooves next to him to make sure that he knew who the specialist was speaking to, not taking his eyes off of the other Brawny Hooves for a second, in case he tried to do something that would leave the Unicorn in doubt, or, even worse, free the likely real Brawny Hooves from captivity. "Show me your watch, if you have one."

Rusty, still keeping a firm grip on the Pegasus, inwardly disapproved of Comical's choice of words. It was so obvious which Brawny was Brawny by the way each of them spoke.

Furthermore, Comical would have no logical reason to be Brawny Hooves unless the original Brawny was in trouble. It was just for confusion.

Rusty was sure that at least one of the UAE here would be able to figure that out. Well, Rusty thought to himself, at least Comical is still alive.

Of course, that doesn't mean that Rusty wasn't going to play along.

"What the hay is going on here?" Rusty asked with bewilderment on his face.

'Again?! I'm off my game today, obviously,' Tornado Wing thought, the Earth Pony's legs restraining her from most movement.

Tornado never needed help from anypony, and did not appreciate it. She could escape on her own... right? Well, better show them.

"What the hay is going on here?"

While he was momentarily distracted, Tornado freed her wings, and began to fly rapidly in a circle. The Earth Pony tried to keep a hold of her, but the centrifugal force of the tornado shot him back towards the ground. The fast-spinning wall of the cyclone prevented the Earth Pony's escape, and the vacuum created by it slowly lifted him towards the ceiling. With a final pull, the force of the tornado shot him upwards, colliding with roof of the room. The pony's legs were splayed along the ceiling, his eyes whirling from dizziness.

Tornado stopped her flying, and alighted back on the ground, her ears bent backwards in annoyance.

"I'm done playing around with you rebels. Let's just take Mr. Hooves, and leave. As long as nothing else deems it appropriate to interrupt!" fumed Tornado Wing, her U.A.E badge slightly skewed from the wind.

A unicorn with a broken horn (Chrome Blade) entered the vicinity.

"I would like to deem it appropriate, madam."

Chrome Blade walked into the building, and sneered as he eyed Rusty.

"Hello, brother."

Brawny is still pissed with Rusty and Tornado for the gun, but attacking THEM would be pointless. But Onyx could be a good target..... If anything he could at least get a hit off before being knock out or more likely killed.

As Onyx asks the fake Brawny Hooves a.k.a Comical about a watch, he gets up yelling and starts strangling Onyx. It's about all he could do, being hoofcuffed and all.

"Gah!" Pain. I very much dislike pain.

Onyx staggered to the side as the Brawny Hooves next to him pounced on him and proceeded to strangle the Unicorn. Upon instinct, he teleported a few feet away from the Earth Pony, causing the attacker to fall forwards as he grasped thin air. Onyx coughed a bit, and cleared his throat to rid the pain that affected it. As soon as he could though, he returned his gaze to Brawny Hooves, while also keeping the other pony, Comical, in his sight.

"You do something like that again and you will be experiencing more pain than you can possibly imagine."

"I'm done playing around with you rebels. Let's just take Mr. Hooves, and leave. As long as nothing else deems it appropriate to interrupt!"

Onyx responds to his leader's words, not taking his eyes off of the two rebels in front of him. "I must say, you are an expert tactician. That plan is one of the best that I have ever heard in all my time with the military."

"I would like to deem it appropriate, madam. Hello, brother."

Can this mission become any more complicated? I need to regain my strength, Brawny Hooves needs to be delivered back to headquarters, and these rebels really need to stop being so annoying. Not to mention the fact that this new pony does not help our situation in the slightest.

Rusty had had enough. He primed the MG and let loose.

Then he realized he was out of ammo.

"Hello, brother."

Rusty did not believe what he just heard. Chrome Blade was dead. At least, he figured so, he didn't see him after that...incident....

Rusty turned around to see a grey pony with a broken horn.

"You are not my brother."

Tornado Wing face-hoofed.

'Great, another pony. Well, at least I know this one is on our side. A little on the unstable side, but now there is no way the rebels can win.' she thought, letting a smirk slip onto her face.

The earth pony she had sent into the ceiling was no longer a threat; after all, he had no ammo. Might as well see how Mr. Blade handled the situation.

"Oh, but I am your brother," Chrome said, walking up to Rusty as Rusty followed suit.
"Don't you recognize me? The one you left to die?"

Rusty could not believe this monstrosity before him. As much as he hated to admit it, this was Chrome Blade.

"I went back for you. I searched everywhere!" as the memory of when Rusty lost track of Chrome Blade when Discord came, tears started to form in his eyes.

"Obviously, you didn't care enough to look enough."

Rusty always longed for the day for him to see his brother again, but he never imagined it to be like this.

"I see that you joined the wrong side. Oh Rusty, always making selfish decisions. Will you ever learn?" Chrome said, with a sly, sinister grin on his face.

"What happened to you?" Rusty knew that if the real Chrome Blade was there, he would have chosen the rebels. Chrome despised the unicorn elite.

"Oh, now he gives a buck." Chrome Blade said in a very sarcastic tone.


"If you care so much about me, then why don't you know why I'm going to go to Appaloosa?"


((DEPARTURE FOR BITS ARE BITS))

Brawny was never much of a pessimist, but this was a pretty bad moment. Two brothers who seemed pissed at each other, being magically hoofcuffed, his gun got scratched, and Comical's plan was going down in flames. "What a lovely reunion....."

Oh the things the U.A.E must be planning for him. And he didn't even have time to chop off Tornado's wings. It's a shame......

Onyx was getting quite annoyed with the whole situation. Of all of the times at which there could have been, there had to be one at this very moment. Not taking his eyes of off the two Earth Ponies Onyx spoke to the Pegasus behind him.

"Well, squad leader? Are we to leave, or should we see what we may still be able to do?"

Brawny starts to get a little impatient Just take me away already. He looks Onyx dead in they eyes and says, "I know you love seeing me hoofcuffed, but how about speeding this up or I'll make you pay extra." Joking, of course......

"He's right. Let's just get out of here," Tornado Wing commanded, going around the two conflicting brothers near the door. "Bring Brawny with you Onyx, the U.A.E will be very glad of his presence at our base."

Tornado Wing imagined the commendations she would receive for taking a rebel hostage so quickly into her task forces mission. Of course, she would give credit to Onyx for his part in the apprehension. And Vicky, for her aid. But that meant paper work...

'Darn it,' thought Tornado Wing.

[Back to U.A.E Base]

"He's right. Let's just get out of here. Bring Brawny with you Onyx, the U.A.E will be very glad of his presence at our base."

The Unicorn nods to this. "Good to hear."

Onyx steps closer to Brawny Hooves as he tries to replay the events that had taken place there in his head, attempting to remember about where the nearest U.A.E. outpost was. Teleporting, he decides, would be the best way to get the rebel leader out of the city, though the spell itself took a relatively large amount of energy to cast. Teleporting to a location not visible to the caster was an even less pleasant prospect, as not only did it require a larger amount of energy, but with it also came the risk of teleporting into the ground, or halfway through a wall, not to mention the fact that Onyx also had to teleport somepony else with him.

The Unicorn pinpointed the nearest U.A.E. outpost's location as much as he could using only his memory, and then proceeded to cast a flash of light that enveloped him and Brawny Hooves, disappearing with the light after a moment. The two ponies luckily appeared in the nearby outpost unharmed, and Onyx ordered a chariot to take him and his newfound prisoner back to the U.A.E. headquarters after informing the guards there of the location of the rebels he had previously captured in the ruins.
