Ruins of the Rebel Base (Neutral)

After the Changeling Invasion, the Unicorn Elite of Canterlot have decided that Equestria needs a more unified form of protection, and have therefore issued a draft, forcing all Pegasi and Earth Ponies between the ages of 18 and 30 to enlist in the newly formed United Army of Equestria. Unicorns, known to be the higher class of ponies, are exempt from the draft due to inequality among the ponies and corruption amongst the Unicorn Elite. Rumor has it that the Unicorns are planning on forcing through a law which requires 5 years of military service from each Earth Pony and Pegasus. Many Earth Ponies and Pegasi have accepted this and joined the UAE.

However, a pocket of resistance has formed to rebel against the proclamation, and to prevent the new law from being realized. Hiding from the UAE's watchful eye in their underground bunker, the Resistance is made up of Earth Ponies, Pegasi, and even Unicorns who are outraged at the Unicorn Elite's abuse of power, and exclusion of their own race in the draft. In retaliation, the Unicorns have formed a small team whose only purpose is to track down and neutralize the rebels.

You are those rebels, hiding in your underground bunker from the eyes of the U.A.E. Your ultimate mission? Overthrow the corrupted Unicorn government, and reintroduce equality and peace in Equestria!

Now that the base has been destroyed, your previous mission is halted until you can find a suitable new place to plan your rebellion.

You may kill anypony, but if it is another user, ask permission first. Refrain from excessive violence and gore. Ask permission before maiming or killing anypony (besides NPCs) n the chat box first.

Brawny walks in front of a crowd of his beloved comrades, who had the right mind to side with ponies who wanted peace, equality, and no corruption. But not afraid to get their hooves dirty. It's just magnificent. He still doesn't know why he was chosen as the leader. Nopony else will step up to do it though. Brawny calls for the attention of everypony

"Mares, and gentlecoats. It's nice to see that there were a few ponies out there who had a sense of decency. Now, I don't like lying, so I'm just gonna say it. There's no guarantee all of you will come out alive. Hell, maybe I won't make it. But I can tell you this. We're not going down without kicking some flanks, am I right?" Brawny takes a brief pause, with a blank expression on his face. "Remember, one you're here, there's no backing out. I want to see each and every pony here fight and die for Equestria. Who's with me?"

Comical walked out behind his leader. He was to assist brawny with he words of revolution. He wore his usual attire, yet in all black, and two dark shades. Comical thought this would help with the presentation. He trotted next to his leader and continued. "Aye!" We're his words as he emerged. Followed with the raising of hooves, owned by those who sided with the rebellion. "I am glad to see such a number of you join us here today. I hope you all know that without you, none of what we have accomplished, and will accomplish will ever be possible." Comical said with a grin, waving his hoof among the crowd. "Our leader, as you all know, our HERO. BRAWNY HOOVES! Is our ticket to the better world. He shall guide us, through thick and thin, and with that guidance, a newer, better equestria will come forth to us, and everypony else!"

Firework listened to the two Earth Ponies speak, shifting her hooves excitedly the entire time. She refrained from cheering, however, as ponies near to her gave her wary glances from time to time. Firework didn't exactly blame them, however. There weren't many Unicorns taking part in the resistance, and to make it worse, she was born into the Unicorn Elite. What set her apart is that she did not believe in the draft, and inequality exhibited by her Unicorn brethren.

Most of the ponies in the crowd around her were simple grunts, so hopefully she would not have to deal with them often. As the demolitionist, her position entitled her to work solo.

"Our leader, as you all know, our HERO. BRAWNY HOOVES! Is our ticket to the better world. He shall guide us, through thick and thin, and with that guidance, a newer, better equestria will come forth to us, and everypony else!"

"Go Brawny!" Firework cheered, hopping up and down. The few Earth Ponies and Pegasi around her cheered, but cast glares upon her excited form. Firework settled back onto her haunches, her ears drooping dejectedly.

((first a little background for how Dylgo got here. :P Don't worry, This'll effect Dylgo throughout this.))

The Draft. it's outrageous! nopony should have the right to demand this of anypony. She wasn't sure how much use she would be due to her broken wing, but she wasn't one to question authority. stepping toward the pegasi in charge of registering the pegasi, Dylgo speaks up.

"i-I was told to come here?" She didn't know why she was so nervous. she wasn't in any danger at the moment. there was just something in her gut that told her this was wrong. The pegasus took a quick look at Dylgo and stopped at her bandages wrapping her broken wing and her midsection. "Really? you?" "Y-Yes... Something wrong?" She said nervously. "I'd say there is. Look at you! What good is a pegasus who can't fly?!" "I...I" "That's right! They are of no use! How can you even call yourself a pegasus?!" Tears were welling up in Dylgo's eyes at this point. There were few things she was more proud of than her flying ability. "Get out of my face! " The pegasus fumed as Dylgo ran out crying.

There was little else Dylgo could bring herself to do at this point than just lay in an alley and cry. hearing another pony walking up, Dylgo looks up to see a stallion with a worried face. When he asked what was wrong, Dylgo filled him in. sighing a little, he helps Dylgo up. informing her of a place where she could get back at them, He leads her to the rebel hideout.

Standing in a crowd, Dylgo looked around. unsurprisingly, there were few unicorns here. While Dylgo was clearly a pegasus, she felt out of place. her bandaged form attracted glances from more ponies than she would like. thankfully, these glances were interrupted by the ponies in charge.

It was a great speech. inspiring enough for Dylgo to cheer a little alongside the other ponies. Dylgo was getting genuinely excited now. The UAE had their chance at having Dylgo on their side and they did nothing but insult her. the rebellion already seemed like a much better fit.

Green Bolt hovered over the crowd waiting for the officials to speak. He was excited about the rebellion, although Bolt didn't like war, he had always wanted to be in one, and the position he was given was perfect for him. Before all battles, he would scout out what the enemy was doing and report to the base.

The leaders came up and gave the speech, and that hyped Bolt up even more. He cheered loudly and attempted to stomp his hooves but realized he was mid-air. This is going to be great! Green thought.

Brawny Hooves looks over the faces of his soldiers. Brings a tear to his eyes that these many ponies are ready to fight with him and admire him. Smiling while scanning the ground, his attention is grabbed by the injured pegasus. He points to her. "Hey you. Step forward. I need you for something."

Dylgo was caught by surprise by the pony in charge calling on her. looking around a little, she quickly realized he was talking about her. stepping forward, She speaks up. "Yes?... oh, Sir?" She said nervously. Dylgo was never the military type. as the looks centered on Dylgo, her good wing clenched closer and closer to her body.

Brawny wraps his arm around her. "Take a good look at her. She is the shining example of our people. Down, but never out. Fighting through her handicap, for liberty, and justice. You can learn from somepony like this. You can go now." Brawny let's go of her.

"Who else do we have around here? I want names and positions."

This was all so much to take in for Rusty. Rebellion, war, a corrupt government....
And this leader, Brawny Hooves, he wasn't so sure about. He cheered on with the ponies all the same, but he didn't put faith in this earth pony. A pony like that is sure to be Number 1 most wanted in the country. If he left, and if the Rebels rely so much on him, then they fall apart. Then realization hit Rusty.
They were all criminals.

He stepped forward from the crowd.

"Rusty, Search & Rescue, reporting for duty, SIR!"

Suspicious Package sat on an overhanging above the crowd with his rather large rifle strapped to his back as he listened to Brawny Hooves' speech. It was quite inspiring he had to say. The stallion was a great public speaker if nothing else. The pony pointed out a handicapped rebel before calling out a request to see the rest of his soldiers, to which a red-coated earth pony first responded. Well, I might as well introduce myself next.

Package adjusted his rifle after the pony finished, and then fell off of the overhanging, nosediving before catching himself about a foot above the crowd. He proceeded to fly towards Brawny Hooves before stopping mid-air next to and above the earth pony that had come up, hovering in a stand-up position while giving a casual salute.

"Suspicious Package, sir, but you can call me Rex, expert sharpshooter!"

Throughout the speech and rallying, Smith Wesson had sat quietly the entire time, sitting casually on a chair to one side of the stage. Taking a sip from his hip flask, Wesson adjusted his stetson hat and glanced at the crowd.

He let out a sad sigh. Most of the ponies here were young and naive. They seemed swept up in the heroics and patriotism that the so called leader on the stage was feeding them.

When he noticed a few eyes on him, Wesson felt obliged to speak. In his southern accent, he simply said in a monotone voice, "Smith Wesson."

"For those who don't know…" comical took a step forward. "I am comical, spy, second in command, if there is ever a moment when our leader should not be available, come to me and I shall alert him immediately of your situation." He saluted back to the pegasi in front of them. "Your presence is greatly appreciated mister package." Comical cleared his voice and coughed. "It sure is nice to see a variety of ponies with impeccable abilities to offer this cause, I am grateful. "

When no pony stepped forward, Firework assumed it was her turn to introduce herself. Rather than use her magic to gently separate the ponies in her way, she wound around them. Best not push her luck so far.

Arriving at the front, she announced, "I am Firework. I do demolition. I love BLOWING THINGS UP!" Firework started getting overly excited at this point, and began to prance in place.

When Brawny wrapped his arms around Dylgo, he had mistakenly squeezed her wing a little. Any other time, she would bring it up, but she didn't want to risk getting in trouble again. her wing a little sore, she looks around as various ponies introduce themselves. A short silence had soon revealed quite the excited looking unicorn. smiling a little at the sight of this, Dylgo speaks up.

"I'm Dylgo. I'm good with supply." she said, shifting her step a little.

Green Bolt glanced around deciding it was his turn to approach. He slowly hovered forward, raised his hoof and got in a standing position.
"Sir! MY name is Green Bolt and I will gladly be your scout."
He finished his salute and hovered back into his place.

Now that his soldiers got to know each other, maybe it should be Brawny's turn. "To any idiots not listening, I am your leader and Heavy Machine Gunner, Brawny Hooves. I have a bit of military history. I was forced to enlist. I know how my fellow Earth Ponies and Pegasai feel." Brawny sheds a single tear.

"But we're here to end that. We ready to go to war?!"

Out of all the ponies that had introduced themselves, Rusty seemed most interested in this Wesson character. He just said his name, calmly. He was obviously a soldier in the past. Rusty respected that.

Anyways, there was another topic on Rusty's mind.

"So, what's our first mission?"

Wesson remained in his seat, matching ponies to their names and roles. The most intriguing to him was the unicorn who apparently loved "blowing things up."

Considering this war was started by the unicorn elite, Smith Wesson was surprised the resistance was even letting any join them, especially this mad mare. Surely he didn't have to remind their 'leader' of this fact.

However, Wesson took comfort in knowing he was armed. As suggested by his name, he was a crack shot and his holstered six shooter was tucked safely inside his waistcoat.

From now on, he was keeping a close eye on Firework...

Comical pushed his shades back up, and straightened his vest. "It has been nice seeing you all, but i must be off to my duties, and i wish you all luck on your task that will be given!" He raised his hoof and lowered it among the crowd. He then closed into Brawny's ear and whispered, "Sir, I will be on my way, if I am needed I will be patrolling the halls." He stepped back, turned and walked back into the halls of the base.

"So, what's our first mission?"

Firework was thinking along the same lines. She wanted to get right into the action! Might as well prove herself to the others as quickly as possible. She decided to add her voice to that of the Earth Pony.

"Yeah! What do you want us to do Brawny?" Firework asked.

Brawny thinks for a moment on how to take the U.A.E down, strategically. Because a Bum Rush tactic seems out of the question.

"This is what I want you ponies to do. I want Green Bolt, Firework, and Dylgo to take Ponyville. Be it by force or peacefully. But I'm sure they'll side with us. Smith and Suspicious Package, go to Appleloosa and see if you can recruit a few more allies."

He seemed pretty confident in his plans. They are rather basic and should be very easy, but you never know.....

((Hey, see that rotation? It just died in a fire.))

"This is what I want you ponies to do. I want Green Bolt, Firework, and Dylgo to take Ponyville. Be it by force or peacefully. But I'm sure they'll side with us. Smith and Suspicious Package, go to Appleloosa and see if you can recruit a few more allies."

Suspicious Package responded to this in a casual tone, showing a thumbs up to Brawny ((That is, a pony's equivalent to a thumbs up...)) as he did so. "Aye aye, sir!" He hovered over to Smith Wesson, looking him over a bit as he approached. "Alright, we goin'?"

Smith Wesson finally stood up from his seat, pulling at his waistcoat and nodded.

"Sure. Ah'm about ready ta head on back to where I came from," he joked dryly, having travelled from Appleooosa in the first place. "Just gimme a sec..."

Wesson casually walked up to Brawny Hooves. From the start he needed to get something off of his chest, plus he wanted to figure out what sort of pony their 'fearless leader' was. Not to mention this stallion seemed a fair bit younger than him.

"With all due respect, sir, you sure it's a good idea ta have a unicorn with us?" he asked in a low voice, subtly gesturing to Firework.

Brawny snickers at Wesson and speaks quietly. "Look, buddy, she seems pretty trustworthy. And, if you didn't know, I've seen ponies like you and me side with the U.A.E. Besides, just be glad you're not stuck with her."

After that conversation with his most "loyal" of soldiers, he turned his attention to Dylgo and her squad. "You three gonna have any trouble with you mission?"
