Midnight Brawl (1x1 with Delix)

"Good Morning." Hawthorne said, nuzzling her.

"I should get the breakfast ready" she said, nuzzling back and walking to the kitchen

Hawthorne smiled. "I'll do that."

"Thank you, youre so kind... Im gonna help you" she said

Hawthorne chuckled. "Thanks, last I checked, I'm an awful cook." He added with a laugh.

Iron giggled and grabbed his hoof, walking to the kitchen "So, what do you want to eat?"

Hawthorne smiled. "Um.. A hayburger sounds good."

"Alright" she said nuzzling him

Hawthorne looked around. "Mind teaching me how to cook?"

"I can do that" she said "Lets start with something easy.. why not this hayburger?.. can you get some salad and tomatoes from the fridge? I get the buns" she said

Hawthorne nodded walked over to the fridge, picking up tomatoes and greens.

"You can cut the tomatoes in slices" she said, handing him a knife.
Meanwhile someone knocked on the door

Hawthorne nodded and carefully began to cut the tomatoes.

Iron heard someone knocking on the door "Who could that be?" she said, walking over and opened it
"Hey Sister!" a grey stallion said
"Aunt Iron!" a filly called, jumping and hugging her
"Sparkie! My little fluffball" Iron said, picking her up and holding her in her arms "Metal! What are you doing here?" she said, smiling at him
"I was doing a walk with Spark and I thought we could visit you"
"Of course, come in" she said, holding Spark on her arms

Hawthorne flicked his ears, hearing unfamiliar voices, he walked away from the counter to see a gray unicorn and a blue Pegasus filly. "Hello."

"Hello.. who are you?" Metal asked
"He's my friend" Iron answered, nuzzling Hawthorne
"Your friend?... Hi Im Metal Spark.. and This is my daughter, Star Spark" he said, extending a hoof to him

Hawthorne extended his hoof and shook the other stallion's hoof. "Nice to meet you, I am Hawthorne."

"Hiya!! Im Star Spark" The filly said, hopping on Hawthorne's back
"Im Irons brother, nice to meet you too" Metal said

Hawthorne looked at Star. "Hello there, little one." He said, smiling.

"Wow, youre soo big!" she said, sitting on his back

Hawthorne smiled. "Yes, I am quite freakishly large." He said with a chuckle.

"Come on, sweetie. Starflower is waiting for us" Metal said
"Bye!"
"Bye, aunt Iron and Hawthorne"
They said as they went outside

"Goodbye." Hawthorne said, waving with one of his wings. "Such a nice family..." He said, looking back at Iron.

"I know, Spark is so cute" she said, smiling

Hawthorne smiled softly, draping a wing over Iron's back.
