Midnight Brawl (1x1 with Delix)

She blushed a little and smiled at him, snuggling into the warmth of his wing "Yes, thank you"

Hawthorne smiled faintly, blushing as he looked towards her. She was very pretty.

Iron leaned into him a bit "Youre so kind" she said

Hawthorne smiled faintly. "Thank you." He said. "You are very kind as well."

They arrived at Irons house and she opened the door, sitting down on the couch
"Here we are" she said

Hawthorne stepped inside, just barely fitting through the door, he smiled and sat on the couch beside Iron.

Iron moved a bit closer to Hawthorne "I like you" she said with a gently smile

Hawthorne looked at her with a faint smile. "I like you too." He said. "Have you seen a dark blue mare with a thick purple mane around town?" He asked, tilting his head.

"Well, my brother's wife said she saw her once... but I dont know if she lives here" she said

"I see.. I've been looking for her.. she's my sister." Hawthorne said.

"I hope you will find her" she said "brr.. its cold in here" she said as she lit the fireplace next to the couch

Hawthorne smiled and nodded, draping his expansive wings over Iron's back.

Iron smiled and huddled close to him "Thank you.. youre so sweet" she said, smiling

Hawthorne blushed and resting his head beside hers. "You're welcome." He said softly.

"Hawthorne?" she started, raising her head a little

Hawthorne looked at her after cleaning one of his cuts.

"C-can I kiss you?" she asked, looking inside his eyes

Hawthorne blushed brightly and looked away slightly. "I like you... And I wouldn't mind.... But I'd rather not rush into this."

"I-Im sorry.." she said, looking at the ground with a guilty blush

Hawthorne nodded slowly, nuzzling her cheek. "It's ok."

Iron blushed "I-its late.. I think I should go to bed.. you can sleep on the couch, night" she said, rushing to the bedroom Why did I want to kiss him? Im so stupid she tought

Hawthorne looked up towards the stairs, sighing softly. "Goodnight.." He said, laying down on the couch and drifting off to sleep.

The next morning
Iron got up pretty early, she was standing in the kitchen making pancakes

Hawthorne woke up from the couch, it wasn't exactly a comfortable sleep due to his sheer size making fitting on the couch very difficult. He yawned loudly and looked towards Iron. "Good Morning."

Aster was flipping though the newspaper in her cabin, she saw a short article about a brawl at the tavern the previous night, including the description of the ponies involved. Her eyes were drawn to the description of a massive Pegasus stallion with dark green fur and a woody brown mane. "Stripes... Come here!" She called, her eyes wide with shock.

"Morning, I made breakfast" Iron said, placing the pancakes on the table

Stripes walked over to Aster "Im here" he said
